Shipping Methods and Costs
We ship all orders with DHL or Hermes. The choice of service provider depends on the package size and delivery area.
- Shipping within Germany: €4.95
- For orders over €100, shipping is free.
Processing Your Order
Orders received on weekdays by 3:00 PM are usually processed on the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Delivery time within Germany is 1 to 3 business days from dispatch. In exceptional cases – such as during the Christmas season or a promotion – delivery may take a few days longer.
Track & Trace
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number. You can see where your package is at any time via Track Your Shipment.
Packaging
Perfume is fragile. Each bottle is individually padded so that it arrives safely to you.
Damaged Shipment
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days at support@parfumeriemuller.de – with your order number and a photo. We will take care of it immediately.
Delivery Area
We deliver to Germany and Austria. For shipments with DHL, delivery to a packing station is possible.
